MenCook2 - Terms of Service:

Sales Tax

All orders shipped within Colorado will have the applicable sales tax added. Also, drop shipments from the manufacturer to states where the manufacturer has facilities will also be subject to sales tax.

Warranty:

All warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Please consult us so we can contact the appropriate manufacturer for warranty terms and conditions particular to their product. MenCook2 will process manufacturer defective merchandise for replacement within the first 30 days. After MenCook2 is not responsible for pursuing any claims, it will be the consumers’ responsibility to contact the manufacturer for warranty.

Return Policy

At MenCook2 we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. Always call or email if there are any problems. We will do everything in our power to guarantee your complete satisfaction. All returns need to be discussed with MenCook2 staff first and given a RA number. We will make everything as easy as possible. Credit will be issued after returned product is received in original condition and in original packaging. Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee or a $15.00 minimum. No allowance will be made for shipping costs; inbound or outbound excluding special circumstances. Product being returned must be shipped prepaid. Product returned with freight collect without our knowledge or consent will be refused. No returns allowed after 30 days from purchase date.

All products that are returned because of defects or due to our error will not be charged a restocking fee and we will cover the shipping charges.

Chargebacks will be handled separately on a case-by-case basis
