Mini Chicken Spring Rolls
Comments (0) View / Add Ingredients: 1 green chili 1/2 c vegetable oil 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 small red bell pepper, julienned 1 small carrot, julienned 1 scallion 1 clove garlic 1/4c. bean sprouts 1 tbs sesame oil 4 large sheets filo pastry 1 egg white lightly beaten 1 Chicken breast fillet	Rated: Votes: (128) (134)
Carefully remove seeds from chili and chop finely. Heat wok or large frying pan, then add 2tbs. of vegetable oil. When hot, add the onion, garlic, & Chili. Stir fry for 1 min. Slice chicken thinly, add to wok and brown. Add carrot, scallion, & pepper; fry 2 min. Add bean sprouts, sesame oil, remove and leave to cool. Cut filo into short strips. Place a small about of filling at one end of each strip, fold in the long sides & roll up the pastry. Seal and glaze the parcels with egg white. Then chill uncovered for 15 min. then fry!
